This family session was so meaningful to me in so many ways. Not only did I get to photograph at a place near and dear to my heart, I got to photograph a friend and her family that are near and dear to my heart. I had been wanting to do a strawberry picking session and who better to ask then my best friend, Stephanie! After all, she did grow up along side of me and helped me sell strawberries at my family’s fruit stand every summer. My Aunt and Uncle let me take these pictures at there strawberry patch across the road from the farmhouse where my dad grew up.

My Aunt Debbie has since spent lots of time updating the house and it is more beautiful than ever. When Stephanie reached out to me wanting some family photos done, I immediately took advantage of the strawberry patch before the season was over!

I quickly picked these pretty wildflowers from my backyard for their session! So Pretty! I love this time of year.

I love her name on his arm… and her wild and crazy spirit.

Is a family of four no more… baby number 3 and 4 are the size of a strawberries.
