Sam and Jake put so much effort into planning their green and rose gold winter wedding and it totally paid off! It snowed all morning – the big fluffy kind that piles up fast. Sam got her hair and makeup done on the covered porch of an AirBnb so it was like a literal snow globe. Around mid-day, all of the snow clouds cleared the sky and they had a beautifully sunny winter day… the best of both worlds. Her bridesmaids wore green velvet dresses, his groomsmen wore tweed suits from J. Crew. Her dress had a beautiful embroidered floral lace overlay. Alllll the textural goodness. One of my favorite parts of the day was during the bride and groom portraits, a cute little Bernese puppy wiggled it’s way through the pine trees and made himself front and center for their photos! Just minutes after a tear-filled first look. Aaand he looked just like their Bernese, Beverly. All the emotions! I’m so glad I got to be a part of it all. Congratulations, Sam and Jake! <3
