Katie and Matt are such a sweet and laidback couple! Their entire wedding day operated so smoothly and was perfect in every way thanks to them and their family and friends. When they inquired with me back in January, I knew we’d be a great fit. They described wanting their wedding day to be about a celebration with their friends and family who were traveling from out of state. They said they love sitting out on patios in the summer enjoying drink and apps, hanging with their dog, and just being outside. Katie described their wedding as classic and romantic with black, ivory and greenery being the main colors. Hidden Greens event venue was the perfect backdrop for their vision, with the modern-rustic indoor space and the ceremony space tucked away in the woods. Some of my favorite portraits of them are on the giant swing at the ceremony space just after they said “I do”! Katie and Matt, I’m so happy for you both and am so glad I got to celebrate with you.
