Their wedding took place at the Pinewood Wedding Venue in Cambridge, Minnesota. It’s a modern, upscale venue placed right in the middle of a pine forest. Sheridan said they chose this venue because it reminded them of a huge version of the house they would love to build together someday! The clean and elegant backdrop was the perfect starting point for their wedding vision. They kept it minimal by sticking with cool-toned neutral bridesmaid dresses, and gorgeous florals from European Floral. They let nature do the rest. The overall atmosphere of the day was relaxed and mellow. Just a nice gathering at Pinewood Wedding Venue with their closest family and friends, including music from Loring String Quartet.
I met them for coffee early last spring and I knew they’d be great to work with. They are both so down to earth and super sweet. We had their engagement session just about a year ago downtown, and joy just radiates between them when they’re together making them so fun to photograph. Although there were many favorite parts to their day at Pinewood Wedding Venue, I think the most memorable was their confetti exit at the end of the evening – and it was perfectly fitting for the Fourth of July weekend! Congratulations, Sheridan and Micah!!
